多维度强化护理对股骨颈骨折患者术后功能恢复及预后的影响

Effect of Multi-dimensional Intensive Care on Postoperative Functional Recovery and Prognosis of Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture

分析多维度强化护理在股骨颈骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:选取我院2020年1月-2021年3月收治的股骨颈骨折患者82例,随机分为2组,对照组40例实施常规护理,观察组42例实施多维度强化护理,比较2组护理效果。结果:观察组术后SAS、SDS及VAS评分低于对照组;各时间点Harris评分及优良率高于对照组;NE、COR及NA水平均低于对照组;IGE-1、BMP-2及PDGF水平及SF-36评分高于对照组;并发症发生率低于对照组,均具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:多维度强化护理的实施能够有效改善患者心理状况,减轻患者疼痛及应激反应,减少术后并发症发生,加速患者髋关节功能恢复和骨折愈合,有助于患者预后改善。

Objective:To analyze the effect of multi-dimensional intensive care in patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods:82 patients with femoral neck fracture treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.40 patients in the control group received routine nursing,and 42 patients in the study group received multi-dimensional intensive nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The SAS,SDS and VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the Harris score and excellent rate at each time point were higher than those of the control group,the NE,cor and NA levels were lower than those of the control group,the ige-1,BMP-2,PDGF levels and SF-36 scores were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of multi-dimensional intensive nursing can effectively improve the psychological status of patients,reduce pain and stress reaction,reduce postoperative complications,accelerate hip function recov-ery and fracture healing,and help to improve the prognosis of patients.
