摘要
随着国家基本药物制度的建立和完善,对基本药物综合评价工作也提出了更高的要求。本文检索了中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库和PubMed等相关数据库,对国内外药品综合评价的现状和方法进行综述。从安全性、有效性、经济性、成熟性、适宜性及可及性等6个角度对基本药物综合评价方法进行讨论,探索适合中国特色的基本药物评价方法,以期为我国基本药物综合评价体系的建设和完善提供参考。
With the establishment and improvement of the national essential drug system,the comprehensive evaluation of essential drugs has also put forward higher requirements.This paper has searched relevant databases such as CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP database and PubMed to review the current situation and methods of comprehensive evaluation of drugs at home and abroad.The comprehensive evaluation methods of essential drugs are discussed from six perspectives,including safety,effectiveness,economy,maturity,appropriateness and accessibility,and to explore the evaluation methods of essential drugs suitable for Chinese characteristics,so as to provide reference for the construction and improvement of the comprehensive evaluation system of essential drugs in China.
