摘要
光生物调节疗法作为一种新兴的正畸治疗辅助技术逐步在临床中被推广使用,多数研究发现它能发挥加速正畸牙移动、减轻疼痛和减少正畸诱导的炎性牙根吸收等积极的作用,但其作用机制尚不完全明确,本文就近年来国内外正畸研究中应用光生物调节疗法的相关进展作一综述,进一步阐述其对正畸牙移动、疼痛和牙根吸收等方面的具体作用机制和研究现状。
As an emerging auxiliary technology for orthodontic treatment,photobiomodulation therapy(PBMT)has been gradually promoted and used in clinical practice.Most studies have found that it can play a positive role in accelerating orthodontic tooth movement,reducing pain and decreasing orthodontically induced inflammatory root resorption,but its mechanism is not completely clear.This article reviews the progress of PBMT in orthodontic research at home and abroad in recent years,and further elaborates the specific mechanism and research status of PBMT on orthodontic tooth movement,pain and root resorption.
