降糖舒胶囊联合利格列汀治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Jiangtangshu Capsule Combined with Rigliptin in Treat⁃ment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的研究临床选用降糖舒胶囊联合利格列汀治疗2型糖尿病患者的综合治疗效果。方法选取2020年12月—2021年12月齐齐哈尔市第一医院收治的104例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用随机分组法将其分为治疗组与对照组,每组52例。对照组给予利格列汀片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合降糖舒胶囊治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果、糖脂代谢情况、胰岛功能、不良反应。结果治疗组患者治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组糖脂代谢指标参数与胰岛功能指标参数明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组临床不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者给予降糖舒胶囊联合利格列汀治疗的效果明显,有效改善糖脂代谢指标参数和胰岛功能指标参数都得到,且不良反应少。

Objective To study the comprehensive therapeutic effect of Jiangtangshu capsule combined with rigliptin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 104 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the First Hospital of Qiqihar City from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ligliptin tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Jiangtangshu capsule on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,glucose and limd metabolism,islet function,adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Results The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the parameters of glycolipid metabolism and islet function in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of clinical adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,Jiangtangshu capsule combined with rigliptin has obvious therapeutic effect,both glycemic and lipid metabolism parameters and islet function parameters have been effectively improved,and the adverse reactions are less.
