加速康复外科护理干预对结直肠癌合并糖尿病患者术后营养代谢指标、血糖水平的影响

Effects of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Nutritional and Metabolic Indexes,Blood Glucose Levels in Patients with Colorectal Cancer Complicated with Diabetes

目的探讨结直肠癌合并糖尿病患者采取加速康复外科护理干预对术后营养代谢指标、血糖水平的影响。方法选取2021年6月—2022年6月福建省立医院收治的结直肠癌合并糖尿病患者84例为研究对象,经随机数表法分为对照组(n=42)、观察组(n=42)。对照组行常规护理,观察组以常规护理为基础应用加速康复外科护理干预,对比两组营养代谢指标以及血糖水平。结果干预前,两组营养代谢指标以及血糖水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组营养状态恢复效果、血糖水平控制效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结直肠癌合并糖尿病患者采取加速康复外科护理干预有利于改善其术后营养状态,可以有效控制血糖水平。

Objective To explore and analyze the effects of accelerated rehabilitation nursing intervention on postoperative nutritional metabolism indexes and blood glucose levels in patients with colorectal cancer complicated with diabetes.Methods From June 2021 to June 2022,84 colorectal cancer patients with diabetes admitted to Fujian Provincial Hospital were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=42).The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing intervention based on routine nursing.The nutritional metabolism index and blood glucose level were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in nutritional metabolic indexes and blood glucose level between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the effect of nutritional status recovery and blood glucose control in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Accelerated rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with colorectal cancer complicated with diabetes is beneficial to improve their nutritional status after surgery,and can effectively control blood glucose level.
