护理干预对糖尿病患者自我血糖监测依从性的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Compliance of Self-glucose Monitoring in Diabetic Patients

目的研究对糖尿病患者开展针对性护理对其自我血糖监测依从性等产生的影响。方法选取2019年5月—2022年5月厦门大学附属第一医院杏林分院行常规护理干预的48例糖尿病患者作为对照组,将同期到本院行针对性护理干预的51例糖尿病患者作为观察组。对比不同护理干预方式的效果。结果观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对血糖监测的有关知识掌握情况高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的自我血糖监测依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者应用针对性护理,可以有效减少并发症发生率,有助于提升患者开展自我血糖监测的依从性,提高患者对血糖知识的掌握情况。

Objective To study the effect of targeted nursing on patients with diabetes on their compliance with selfglucose monitoring.Methods Forty-eight patients with diabetes who underwent routine nursing intervention in Xinglin Branch of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the control group,and 51 patients with diabetes who received targeted nursing intervention in the hospital in the same period were selected as the observation group.compare the effects of different nursing interventions.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The knowledge of blood glucose monitoring in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing for patients with diabetes can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,help improve the compliance of patients to carry out self blood glucose monitoring,and improve patients'mastery of blood glucose knowledge.
