急性心肌梗死合并糖尿病患者的临床护理研究

Clinical Nursing Study of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction Compli⁃cated with Diabetes

目的研究综合护理在急性心肌梗死合并糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取泉州市第一医院2020年3月—2021年12月期间收治的64例急性心肌梗死合并糖尿病患者,采用随机数表法分为两组,对照组(n=32)行常规护理,观察组(n=32)行综合护理,比较两组护理前后血糖的变化、并发症发生率、生活质量及患者满意度。结果护理后,两组的血糖值均降低,且观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症总发生率显著低于对照组,患者满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组的生活质量评分均提高,且观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性心肌梗死合并糖尿病患者实施综合护理干预的效果显著。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with diabetes.Methods 64 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with diabetes admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital from March 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=32)received routine nursing,and the observation group(n=32)received comprehensive nursing.The changes of blood glucose,complication rate,quality of life and patient satisfaction before and after care were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the blood glucose values of the two groups were decreased,and the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complication in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the patient satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the two groups were improved,and the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with diabetes is remarkable.
