急救护理对急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的临床效果及满意度的影响研究

Effect of Emergency Nursing on Clinical Effect and Satisfaction of Patients with Emergency Diabetic Ketoacidosis

目的研究急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者接受急救护理对临床效果和患者满意度的影响。方法选取2020年2月—2021年12月福建省泉州市第一医院急诊科收治的60例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组行急诊常规护理,观察组行急救护理,对比两组在血糖、血酮改善情况、病症改善情况以及满意度方面的差异。结果急救24 h,两组空腹血糖和血酮均降低,且观察组空腹血糖值和血酮值均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的血糖达标、血酮达标以及尿酮转阴时间均较对照组更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度为(8.96±0.23)分、家属满意度为(9.05±0.31)分,均高于对照组的(7.41±0.54)分、(8.32±0.27)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者实施急救护理可提高救治效果,患者和家属的满意度更高。

Objective To investigate the effect of emergency care on clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction in patients with emergency diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods Sixty patients with diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to the Emergency Department of Quanzhou First Hospital of Fujian Province from February 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received emergency routine nursing,and the observation group received emergency nursing.The differences in the improvement of blood glucose and blood ketone,the improvement of symptoms and the satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results 24 h after first aid,fasting blood glucose and blood ketone were decreased in both groups,and the fasting blood glucose and blood ketone values in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of blood glucose reaching the standard,blood ketone reaching the standard and urine ketone turning negative in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was(8.96±0.23)points,and the satisfaction of family members was(9.05±0.31)points,which were higher than those of the control group(7.41±0.54)points,(8.32±0.27)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency care for patients with emergency diabetic ketoacidosis can improve the treatment effect,and the satisfaction of patients and their families is higher.
