胰激肽原酶肠溶片联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病的临床价值分析

Clinical Analysis of Pancreatic Kininogenase Enteric-coated Tablets Com⁃bined with Alprostadil in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的研究糖尿病肾病患者应用前列地尔以及胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗的效果。方法选择2019年1月—2022年1月山东电力中心医院收治的82例糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,通过随机摸红蓝球方式划分成常规组以及观察组,以摸红球者作为常规组(41例),以摸蓝球者作为观察组(41例),全部患者均开展常规治疗,另外予以常规组患者胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗,予以观察组患者前列地尔以及胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗。对比用药前以及用药3个月后两组尿白蛋白排泄率、尿素氮、血肌酐、C反应蛋白、空腹血糖以及餐后2 h血糖水平。结果用药3个月后观察组患者尿白蛋白排泄率、尿素氮以及血肌酐水平均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药3个月后观察组患者C反应蛋白水平低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药3个月后观察组患者空腹血糖以及餐后2 h血糖水平均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病患者选择前列地尔以及胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗,能够改善肾功能,调节机体炎性因子水平,降低血糖水平。

Objective To study the effects of alprostadil and pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets on patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 82 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to Shandong Electric Power Central Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into a conventional group and an observation group by touching red and blue balls.The patients who touched red balls were taken as the conventional group(41 cases)and the patients who touched blue balls were taken as the observation group(41 cases).All patients were treated with routine treatment,in addition,patients in the conventional group were treated with pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets,and patients in the observation group were treated with alprostadil and pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets.Urinary albumin excretion rate,urea nitrogen,creatinine,C-reactive protein,fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels were compared between the two groups before and 3 months after medication.Results After 3 months of treatment,the urinary albumin excretion rate,urea nitrogen and blood creatinine level in observation group were lower than those in conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the C-reactive protein level in observation group was lower than that in conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of medication,fasting blood glucose levels and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The choice of alprostadil and pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets for diabetic nephropathy patients can improve renal function,regulate the level of inflammatory factors,and reduce the level of blood glucose.
