糖尿病足的药物治疗进展

Advances in the Pharmacological Treatment of Diabetic Foot

糖尿病足是糖尿病患者常见并发症,可严重影响糖尿病患者的生活质量。糖尿病足与糖尿病神经病变和周围血管疾病有关,如果不正确处理可能会导致截肢。神经病变、神经缺血和感染在决定病变的愈合或恶化方面都有作用,大部分糖尿病患者截肢前都有足部溃疡恶化为严重的坏疽或感染情况。进行科学的药物治疗能改善糖尿病足的持续恶化,进而降低截肢的概率。本文从改善糖尿病足周围神经病变、微循环障碍、溃疡愈合3个方面,总结了近年来有关糖尿病足的药物治疗进展,包括西药治疗和中药治疗,为临床治疗糖尿病足提供用药参考。

Diabetic foot is a common complication in diabetic patients,which can seriously affect the quality of life of diabetic patients.The diabetic foot is associated with diabetic neuropathy and peripheral vascular disease,which may lead to amputation if not managed correctly.Neuropathy,nerve ischemia and infection all play a role in determining whether the lesion heals or worsens,and most diabetic patients have foot ulcers that deteriorate into severe gangrene or infection before amputation.Undertaking scientific pharmacological treatment can improve the ongoing deterioration of the diabetic foot and thus reduce the probability of amputation.This article summarizes the progress of pharmacological treatment about diabetic foot in recent years,including western medicine treatment and Chinese medicine treatment,from three aspects of improving diabetic peripedal neuropathy,microcirculatory disorders,and ulcer healing,to provide pharmacological reference for clinical treatment of diabetic foot.
