摘要
阿尔茨海默病(AD)脑内突触可塑性受损,而目前研究发现,针灸能够通过修复突触可塑性缓解AD认知缺陷。现分别从突触功能和结构、神经递质、突触可塑性相关蛋白及信号通路等角度综述针灸防治AD的机制。
The synaptic plasticity in the brain is damaged in the patients with Alzheimer′s disease(AD).However,studies have reported that acupuncture and moxibustion can alleviate the cognitive deficit of AD by restoring synaptic plasticity.This article reviewed the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in the prevention and treatment of AD from synaptic function and structure,neurotransmitter,and proteins and signaling pathways associated with synaptic plasticity.
