安胎合剂联合保胎灵胶囊辅治先兆流产临床观察

目的:观察安胎合剂联合保胎灵胶囊防治疗先兆流产的效果。方法:84例随机分为两组,两组均用地屈孕酮片,中西组加用安胎合剂及保胎灵胶囊治疗。结果:中西组总有效率高于西药组(P<0.05),不良反应率低于西药组(P<0.05)。中西组治疗后激素指标上升明显(P<0.05)。两组治疗后中医证候积分低于治疗前(P<0.05),且中西组低于西药组(P<0.05)。中西组妊娠成功率高于西药组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗先兆流产效果较好。

Objective:To observe the effect of Antai Mixture combined with Baotailing Capsule in the treatment of threatened abortion.Methods:Eighty-four cases were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were treated with dydrogesterone tablets.The Chinese and Western groups were treated with Antai mixture and Baotailing capsule.Results:The total effective rate of the Chinese and western medicine group was higher than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05),and the adverse reaction rate was lower than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05).The hormone indexes of the Chinese and Western groups increased significantly after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the Chinese and western medicine group were lower than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).The successful pregnancy rate in the Chinese and western medicine group was higher than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of threatened abortion is better.
