常用花类药在肝癌中的应用探赜

Exploration of Common Flower Drugs Applied in Liver Ccancer

肝癌的发病多因情志失调、饮食不节,可导致肝郁、气滞、湿聚、血瘀等形成癌毒,而花类药善于疏肝解郁、行气健脾、化湿和胃、散瘀止痛,且具有芬芳馥郁、作用温和、副反应少的特性,在临床肝癌的治疗中疗效满意。该文对临床常用花类药治疗肝癌的中医理论依据、临床用药经验、现代药理研究及使用注意事项等方面进行初步总结探讨,以期为临床规范使用花类药治疗肝癌提供一定的参考依据。

The pathogenesis of liver cancer is often caused by emotional disorders and improper diet,which can lead to liver depression,stagnation of Qi,accumulation of dampness,blood stasis,etc.to form cancer toxins.Stomach,dissipating blood stasis and relieving pain,and has the characteristics of fragrant fragrance,mild effect,and few side effects.It has a satisfactory curative effect in the clinical treatment of liver cancer.This paper briefly summarizes and discusses the theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine,clinical drug experience,modern pharmacological research and precautions for the treatment of liver cancer commonly used in clinical practice,in order to provide a certain reference for the clinical standard use of flower medicine in the treatment of liver cancer.
