基于《诸病源候论》探讨强直少动型帕金森病导引法

Exploring the Daoyin Method for Akinetic-rigid Parkins-on's Disease based on“Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun”

肌强直是帕金森病患者运动功能损害的临床表现之一,也是其致残和生活质量下降的重要原因之一,因此早期诊断和干预至关重要,《诸病源候论》作为一部论述病因病机和证候之专著,使用导引法治疗相关疾病,在医学气功领域有着举足轻重的学术价值。文章基于对《诸病源候论》风病诸候中的风四肢拘挛不得屈伸候部分导引法进行梳理整合分析,根据其病因病机及临床表现,结合气功三调的锻炼原则,整合编纂出三节功法,为改善强直少动型帕金森人群生活质量提供更多的防治方法。

Myotonia is one of the clinical manifestations of motor function impairment in Parkinson’s disease patients,and it is also one of the important reasons for their disability and reduced quality of life.Therefore,early diagnosis and intervention are very important.The monograph on etiology,pathogenesis and syndrome,using Daoyin method to treat related diseases,has a pivotal academic value in the field of medical qigong.This article is based on the combing and integration analysis of the guide method of wind and limb spasm and unyielding syndrome in“Theory of the Origin and Symptoms of Various Diseases”.It provides more prevention and treatment methods for improving the quality of life of people with tonic and hypokinetic Parkinson’s.
