国医大师熊继柏应用散偏汤合葛根选奇汤治疗偏头痛经验

Experience of Chinese Medicine Master Xiong Jibo in Treating Migraines with the Modified Sanpian Decoction and Gegen Xuanqi Decoction

介绍国医大师熊继柏教授运用散偏汤合葛根选奇汤治疗偏头痛的临证经验。偏头痛是临床上常见以反复发作性的一侧或双侧头痛为特征的一类头部疾病。熊继柏教授临证多年认为偏头痛是风邪上犯清窍,阻滞气机,酿生痰湿,风痰互结,客于肝胆经络,肝胆之气郁结,致瘀血挟风痰阻滞经络所致,风痰不解,肝胆之气不舒,则此病反复发作,迁延不愈。从而确立了祛风行气、化痰通络、疏利肝胆的治法,应用散偏汤合葛根选奇汤治疗偏头痛,随症遣方,颇具疗效,具有很好的临床参考价值,以资临床医师遣方运用。

This paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor XIONG Jibai,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,in treating migraine with Sanbian Decoction and Gegen Xuanqi decoction.Migraine is clinically common,a class of head diseases characterized by recurrent side or bilateral headaches.Professor XIONG Jibo has been clinical for many years and believes that migraine is caused by pathogenic wind to clear the orifices,block the movement of Qi,produce phlegm and dampness,wind and phlegm intertwine,target the liver and gallbladder meridian,stagnation of liver and gallbladder Qi,resulting in blood stasis and wind phlegm to block the meridian As a result,wind-phlegm is incomprehensible and liver and gallbladder Qi are not relaxed,then the disease will recur and persist.Therefore,the treatment method of dispelling wind and promoting Qi,resolving phlegm and dredging collateral,dredging liver and gallbladder has been established,and Sanbian Decoction and Gegen Xuanqi Decoction are used to treat migraine,and the prescriptions are dispatched according to the symptoms.Clinicians send prescriptions to use.
