复方守宫散治疗癌症恶病质52例临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on 52 Cases of Cancer Cachexia Treated with Compound Shougong Powder

目的:评价复方守宫散治疗癌症恶病质52例患者的临床疗效。方法:按照随机分配原则,将符合标准的52例癌症恶病质患者分成治疗组和对照组,每组26例,对照组给予基础治疗及相关对症处理;治疗组在对照组的基础上,加用复方守宫散口服,观察两个治疗周期。比较2组患者治疗前后体重、生活质量、营养状态的变化情况,检测血红蛋白、血清白蛋白等实验室指标变化,整理数据并进行统计学分析,评价复方守宫散治疗癌症恶病质的疗效。结果:治疗组在提高体重、改善生活质量、改善营养状态、提高血红蛋白、血清白蛋白水平方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方守宫散在增加体重、改善营养状态、改善生活质量等方面疗效显著,应用安全可靠,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Fufang Shougong powder in treating 52 patients with cancer cachexia.Method:According to the principle of random distribution,52 patients with cancer cachexia who met the criteria were divided into a treatment group and a control group,26 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment and related symptomatic treatment;Shougong powder was taken orally,and two treatment cycles were observed.The changes in body weight,quality of life,and nutritional status of patients in the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the changes in laboratory indicators such as hemoglobin and serum albumin were detected.The data were sorted out and statistically analyzed to evaluate the curative effect of Fufang Shougong Powder on cancer cachexia.Results:The treatment group was better than the control group in improving body weight,quality of life,nutritional status,hemoglobin and serum albumin levels(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Shougong powder has significant curative effect on weight gain,nutritional status improvement and quality of life improvement,and its application is safe and reliable.It is worthy of further clinical promotion and use.
