曲美他嗪联合依折麦布治疗老年冠心病的临床疗效及对患者血脂水平、颈动脉IMT的影响

Clinical efficacy of trimetazidine combined with Ezetimibe in the treatme nt of senile coronary heart disease and its effect on blood lipid level and carotid IMT

目的:探讨曲美他嗪联合依折麦布治疗老年冠心病的临床疗效及对患者血脂水平、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)的影响。方法:选取2020年7月至2021年7月期间在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院接受治疗的152例老年冠心病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组(n=76)和观察组(n=76)。对照组给予曲美他嗪治疗,观察组给予曲美他嗪联合依折麦布治疗。比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前后的血脂水平、颈动脉IMT。结果:观察组的临床总有效率为92.11%,显著高于对照组的77.63%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的血脂水平及颈动脉IMT对比差异不明显(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,两组的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)水平及颈动脉IMT均呈下降趋势,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平均呈上升趋势,且观察组的LDL-C、TG、TC水平及颈动脉IMT较对照组下降更为明显,HDL-C水平较对照组上升更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:老年冠心病患者应用曲美他嗪联合依折麦布治疗有助于提升临床疗效,改善血脂水平及颈动脉IMT,患者获益良好。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine combined with Ezetimibe in the treatment of elderly coronary heart disease and the effects on blood lipid levels and carotid intima-media thickness(IMT).Methods:A total of 152 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who received treatment in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People’s Hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as research objects and divided into control group(n=76)and observation group(n=76)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with trimetazidine,and the observation group was treated with trimetazidine combined with ezetimibe.The clinical efficacy,blood lipid level and carotid IMT before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate of observation group was 92.11%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(77.63%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in blood lipid levels and carotid IMT between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and carotid IMT in both groups showed a decreasing trend,while the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)showed an increasing trend.In addition,the levels of LDL-C,TG,TC and carotid IMT in the observation group were decreased more significantly than that in the control group,while the level of HDL-C was increased more significantly than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Trimetazidine combined with ezetimibe in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease can improve clinical efficacy,blood lipid level and carotid IM T,and the patients benefit well.
