冉颖卓教授治疗糖尿病肾病的经验撷萃

Experience of Professor Ran Yingzhuo in treating diabetic nephropathy

本文主要是总结导师冉颖卓教授辨治糖尿病肾病的临床经验及特色。冉教授认为本病的病机为肾虚精亏、湿浊并行、脉络瘀阻,可从“虚、浊、瘀”论治本病。临床诊疗中应重视固肾填精、泄浊化湿、活血通络,依据患者的病情改变,随症加减,确保用药精准。冉教授自拟糖肾验方,疗效显著,本文举验案1则,加以说明。

This article mainly summarizes the clinical experience and characteristics of Professor Ran Yingzhuo’s differentiation and treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Professor Ran thinks that the pathogenesis of this disease is deficiency of kidney and essence,concurrent dampness and turbid,vein stasis,and can be treated from“deficiency,turbid and stasis”.In clinical diagnosis and treatment,attention should be paid to strengthening the kidney and filling the essence,removing turbidity and dampness,promoting blood circulation and clearing collagals.According to the chan ges of the patient’s condition,patients should increase and decrease with the disease to ensure the accuracy of medication.Professor Ran self-designed Tangshen prescription,the curative effect is remarkable,this paper presents a test case to illustrate.
