The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly requires that we should extend the reach and appeal of Chinese civilization.Academic journals of Chinese social sciences are an important academic platform for spreading Chinese philosophy and social sciences and an important academic field for generating spreading and shaping Chinese civilization.Their overall influence is closely related to academic communication academic leadership and academic discourse power.The influence of academic journals is not simply data statistics but a comprehensive force of data discourse academic reputation and the feelings of experts evaluation institutions.Therefore the generation of the influence of academic journals is a process of generating and triggering system dynamics as well as the formation of its structural system content system discourse system and other complex and complete systems.Therefore to enhance the influence of academic journals we should strengthen academic integration and academic leadership on the basis of strengthening ideological guidance and take the opportunity of building an all-media communication system to enhance academic communication.
