摘要 党的二十大报告明确要求,要增强中华文明传播力影响力。中国社会科学学术期刊是传播中国哲学社会科学的重要学术平台,更是生成、传播、塑造中华文明的重要学术场域,其整体影响力与学术传播力、学术引领力、学术话语权密切相关。学术期刊影响力不是简单的数据统计,而是数据、话语权、学术口碑、专家(评价机构)感受的综合性力量。学术期刊影响力的生成是系统动力生成与触发的过程,也是其结构体系、内容体系、话语体系等复杂完整体系形成的过程。提升学术期刊影响力要在强化意识形态引领基础上,加强学术融合,提升学术引领力,并以建设全媒体传播体系为契机,提升学术传播力。 The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly requires that we should extend the reach and appeal of Chinese civilization.Academic journals of Chinese social sciences are an important academic platform for spreading Chinese philosophy and social sciences and an important academic field for generating spreading and shaping Chinese civilization.Their overall influence is closely related to academic communication academic leadership and academic discourse power.The influence of academic journals is not simply data statistics but a comprehensive force of data discourse academic reputation and the feelings of experts evaluation institutions.Therefore the generation of the influence of academic journals is a process of generating and triggering system dynamics as well as the formation of its structural system content system discourse system and other complex and complete systems.Therefore to enhance the influence of academic journals we should strengthen academic integration and academic leadership on the basis of strengthening ideological guidance and take the opportunity of building an all-media communication system to enhance academic communication.
