自我管理强化方案在射频消融治疗阵发性房颤患者中的护理效果

Nursing effect of self-management reinforcement program in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation treated with radiofrequency ablation

目的:探索自我管理强化方案在射频消融治疗阵发性房颤患者中的护理效果。方法:选取2020年6月至2021年4月于我院进行射频消融术治疗的68例阵发性房颤患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组患者应用常规护理管理方案,观察组患者在对照组的基础上添加自我管理强化方案。结果:观察组物质生活、躯体功能、心理功能以及社会功能评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组感染、呕血、栓塞、心脏压塞以及心率失常并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组遵医行为、服药行为、烟酒嗜好管理行为以及日常生活管理行为评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:于射频消融治疗阵发性房颤患者过程中应用自我管理强化方案,能够明显加强患者对自身的管理能力,促进患者配合医护人员工作,改善心理状况的同时,有助于提升患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the nursing effect of self-management reinforcement program in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation treated with radiofrequency ablation.Methods:A total of 68 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation who underwent radiofrequency ablation treatment in our hospital from June 2020 to April 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 34 cases each.The routine nursing management protocol was applied to the control group patients,and the self-management reinforcement scheme was added to the control group based on the observation group.Results:The scores of material life,physical function,psychological function and social function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of infection,hematemesis,embolism,cardiac tamponade and arrhythmia complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.88%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,which was 23.53%,and the data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower scores on compliance with medicine,drug taking behavior,tobacco and alcohol habit management behavior,and daily life management behavior,and the scores were statistically lower than those of the control group.Significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the self-management enhancement program in the process of radiofrequency ablation treatment of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation can significantly strengthen the patient's selfmanagement ability,promote the patient's cooperation with the medical staff,improve the psychological status,and help improve the patient's quality of life.
