经皮迷走神经刺激治疗伴情感障碍性疾病的静息态fMRI研究进展

Research progress of resting-state f MRI in the treatment of affective disorder by transcutaneous vagus nerve stimulation

情感障碍是一种以心境或情感改变为特征的精神疾病伴随症状,给患者生产生活带来沉重负担。经皮迷走神经刺激(Transcutaneous vagus nerve stimulation,tVNS)作为一项安全、经济、疗效可观的新型神经调节方法,已被国际认可,可用于情感障碍性疾病及伴有情感障碍性疾病的治疗。目前tVNS治疗伴情感障碍性疾病的机制尚未阐明。静息态功能磁共振成像(Resting state fMRI,Rs-fMRI)因其无辐射、可非侵入性反映大脑活动和中枢响应,已用于情感障碍性疾病的诊断及治疗机制的研究中。现就基于Rs-fMRI技术对应用t VNS治疗伴情感障碍性疾病的研究进行综述。

Affective disorder is a concomitant symptom of mental illness characterized by mood or emotional change,which brings heavy burden to personal production and life.Transcutaneous vagus nerve stimulation(tVNS),as a safe,economic and effective new neuromodulation method,has been internationally recognized and used for the treatment of affective disorders and common diseases with affective disorders.At present,the mechanism of tVNS in treating affective disorders has not been clarified.Resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging(Rs-fMRI)has been used in the diagnosis and treatment mechanism research of affective disorders because of its non-radiation and non-invasive reflection of brain activity and central response.This article reviews the central regulatory mechanism of the application of tVNS based on Rs-fMRI in the treatment of affective disorders.
