进行性骨发育异常1例

Progressive osseous heteroplasia:report of a case

摘要 患儿女,7岁。因“背部肿物进行性增大3年”入院,行肿块切除术。镜下观察:皮肤浅层小血管扩张,真皮层及皮下脂肪组织内见骨组织,局部包绕皮肤附属器。基因测序检测显示患儿GNAS基因自发突变。病理诊断为进行性骨发育异常。
