儿童支气管哮喘共患病诊治专家共识

Expert consensus on diagnosis and management of bronchial asthma comorbidities in children

支气管哮喘是儿童期最常见的慢性呼吸系统疾病,严重危害儿童的身心健康,并给家庭和社会带来沉重的经济负担。目前我国儿童哮喘的总体控制水平尚不理想,存在哮喘共患病是导致哮喘控制不佳的因素之一。为提高我国儿科医师对哮喘共患病的认知度,规范哮喘临床诊疗中相关共患病的综合评估、诊断和治疗,现制定符合我国国情的《儿童支气管哮喘共患病诊治专家共识》,本共识涵盖过敏性鼻炎、慢性鼻窦炎和鼻息肉、阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停、声带功能障碍等呼吸系统疾病以及焦虑和抑郁、胃食管反流病和咽喉反流、肥胖、食物过敏等非呼吸系统疾病,也涉及变应性支气管肺曲霉病、嗜酸性肉芽肿性多血管炎的诊断和鉴别。以期为儿童哮喘共患病的规范化诊断和治疗提供指导性建议,进而提高我国儿童哮喘总体控制水平。

Bronchial asthma is the most common chronic respiratory disease in childhood,which seriously endangers the physical and mental health of children and brings heavy economic burden to families and society.At present,the overall control level of asthma in Chinese children is not ideal yet,while the existence of asthma comorbidities is one of the factors leading to poor control of asthma.In order to improve pediatricians′awareness and understanding of asthma comorbidities and to standardize the comprehensive evaluation,diagnosis and treatment of the comorbidities in clinical management of asthma in China,the"Expert consensus on diagnosis and management of bronchial asthma comorbidities in children"was established.This consensus covers respiratory diseases such as allergic rhinitis,chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps,obstructive sleep apnea,vocal cord dysfunction,as well as non-respiratory diseases such as anxiety and depression,gastroesophageal reflux disease and laryngopharyngeal reflux,obesity,and food allergy.It also involves the diagnosis and differentiation of allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis and eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis.This consensus aims at providing guidance for the standardized diagnosis and management of childhood asthma comorbidities,so as to improve the overall asthma control in Chinese children.
