正交设计法优选通脉分散片的水提取工艺 被引量:1

摘要 为筛选通脉分散片药材的提取工艺,在优选浸泡时间的基础上,采用正交设计试验,以阿魏酸的质量分数及收膏率综合评分为指标,考察料液比、提取时间和提取次数3因素对通脉分散片中药材提取率的影响。结果表明:最佳提取工艺条件为料液比1∶10(g·mL^(-1)),提取时间1h,提取次数3次。在最优工艺条件下,通脉分散片中阿魏酸的质量分数为0.085 8 mg·g^(-1),收膏率为23.2%。本实验优选的工艺稳定可行,可为通脉分散片的生产提供参考。 In order to optimize the extraction process of Tongmai dispersible tablets,on the basis of optimizing soaking time,orthogonal design was used to study the effects of three factors including the ratio of material and solvent,extraction time and extraction times,on the extraction rate of Tongmai dispersible tablets and the comprehensive score using ferulic acid mass fraction and dry extract yield as the index.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the ratio of material and solvent 1∶10(g·mL^(-1)),extraction time 1 h,extraction times 3 times.Under the optimum conditions,ferulic acid mass fraction in Tongmai dispersible tablets was 0.0858 mg·g^(-1),the dry extract yield was 23.2%.The optimal process was stable and feasible,providing some reference for the production of Tongmai dispersible tablets.
