GTL基础油与抗氧添加剂的感受性研究

摘要 以费托合成的GTL润滑油基础油作为研究对象,利用旋转氧弹法和烘箱氧化实验法测定了GTL基础油与其他API II-V类基础油混合后的氧化安定性,考察了不同质量比的抗氧剂单剂与复剂在GTL基础油中的感受性。结果表明:属于API III+的GTL基础油的抗氧化性能高于矿物油,稍差于PAO和酯类油;GTL基础油与II类基础油150BS混合时氧化诱导期有大幅度的提升;抗氧剂在GTL基础油中的感受性依次为酚类抗氧剂BHT与胺类抗氧剂叔丁基羟基二苯胺L57复配最好,L57次之,BHT最差;抗氧剂与T203复配后在GTL基础油中感受性较好,其中以L57与T203复配后感受性最佳。 GTL base oil synthesized by Fischer-Tropsch was taken as the research object,the oxidation stability of GTL base oils mixed with other API II-V base oils was determined by rotary oxygen bomb method and oven oxidation test method.The sensitivity of single and compound antioxidants with different mass ratios in GTL base oil was investigated.The results showed that the antioxidant properties of GTL base oils belonging to API III+were higher than that of mineral oils,and slightly inferior to PAO and ester oils.When GTL base oil was mixed with Class II base oil 150BS,the induction period of oxidation was greatly improved.The sensitivity of antioxidant in GTL base oil was the best in the combination of phenolic antioxidant BHT and amine antioxidant tert-butylhydroxy diphenylamine L57,L57 followed,and BHT was the worst.The sensitivity of antioxidant mixed with T203 in GTL base oil was better,and L57 mixed with T203 had the best sensitivity.
