催化剂生产渣料制备干燥剂工艺研究

摘要 介绍了应用加氢催化剂生产渣料制备干燥剂的工艺技术。加氢催化剂制备过程中使用的氧化铝原料,具有纯度高、比表面大、孔分布集中、稳定性强等多方面优点,但原料价格高,直接制备干燥剂不具备经济效益。加氢催化剂生产过程中产生的渣料具备相同的优点,且成本低廉,但在催化剂加工过程中,高温焙烧使其黏合效果下降,不利于再次加工成型。开发出适用于催化剂渣料的再次成型专用技术方案,制备出强度合适、吸水性好、稳定性强的干燥剂是主要攻关方向。调整氧化铝和渣料的配比以及合适黏合剂的选择,是实验的重点目标。通过小试、工业放大生产、工业应用,确定了适宜的制备工艺路线,产品具有强度好、静态吸附高的特点,完成载体渣料的二次利用,实现绿色环保技术要求。 The technology of preparing desiccant by using hydrogenation catalyst production slag was introduced.The alumina raw material used in the preparation of hydrogenation catalyst has many advantages,such as high purity,large surface,concentrated pore distribution and strong stability,but direct preparation of desiccant does not have economic benefits due to the high price of raw material.The slag produced in the process of hydrogenation catalyst production has the same advantages and low cost,but in the process of catalyst processing,high temperature roasting reduces its adhesion effect,so it is not used for re-processing molding.The main research direction is to develop special technical scheme for remolding catalyst slag to prepare desiccant with suitable strength,good water absorption and strong stability.The key objective of the experiment was to adjust the ratio of alumina and slag and the selection of suitable adhesive.Through small test,industrial scale-up production and industrial application,the suitable preparation process route was determined.The product has the characteristics of good strength and high static adsorption,which can complete the secondary utilization of carrier slag and achieve the requirements of green environmental protection technology.
