摘要
在环境保护形势日益严峻、环境法规逐渐完善的背景下,石化企业在废水废液废渣收集、储存、处理处置过程中,应对逸散VOCs和产生异味的主要环节采取有效的密闭与收集措施,确保废气经收集处理后达到相关标准要求。重点介绍了石化企业污水处理场废气的现状,详细介绍了蓄热式氧化法、催化燃烧法、活性炭吸附法、生物处理法、增溶吸收法、膜分离法、低温等离子体等技术的主要机理及优缺点,给出技术选择时需要重点考虑的内容,以期为工业应用的技术选择、新设备和新工艺开发提供参考。
In the context of increasingly severe environmental protection situation and gradual improvement of environmental laws and regulations,petrochemical enterprises should take effective sealing and collection measures for the main links of VOCS escaping and odor production during the collection,storage,treatment and disposal of waste water,waste liquid and residue to ensure that the waste gas meets the requirements of relevant standards after collection and treatment.In this paper,the status quo of waste gas from petrochemical wastewater treatment plant was introduced,and the main mechanisms,advantages and disadvantages of different technologies were discussed,such as regenerative oxidation,catalytic combustion,activated carbon adsorption,biological treatment,solubilization and absorption,membrane separation,low-temperature plasma and so on.The contents that need to be taken into account during selecting technologies were given,so as to provide reference for technical selection,new equipment,and new process development in industrial application.
