摘要
为了进一步了解水稻高产育种的参考性状指标,对不同水稻材料的收获指数与产量形成主要性状指标进行相关性研究。结果表明,水稻收获指数与株高、单株有效穗数呈极显著负相关,与孕穗期功能叶片SPAD值呈显著正相关,与单株总粒数、千粒重及结实率呈极显著正相关。因此,在水稻高收获指数种质资源的创制及其杂交种后代材料选择中,需要同时兼顾各个性状指标之间的相互协同性,即选择适当的株高,适量控制单株有效穗数,选择长穗型植株,适当增加单株总粒数,保证合理的千粒重和结实率,塑造理想的水稻高产株型。
To further understand the reference trait index of rice breeding for high yield,the correlation between the harvest index and main trait indexes of different rice materials was studied.The results showed that rice harvest index was very significantly negatively correlated with plant height and the number of effective panicles per plant,significantly positively correlated with the SPAD value of functional leaves at booting stage,and very significantly positively correlated with total number of spikelets per plant,1000-grain weight and seed setting rate.Therefore,in the creation of rice germplasm resources with high harvest index and the selection of hybrid progeny materials,it is necessary to take into account the synergism among various trait indexes,that is,select appropriate plant height,moderately control the number of effective panicles per plant,select long panicle type plants,appropriately increase the total number of spikelets per plant,ensure reasonable 1000-grain weight and seed setting rate,and create ideal high-yield plant type of rice.
