S-诱抗素浸种对盐胁迫下水稻幼苗生长及生理特性的影响 被引量:4

Effects of S-ABA Soaking of Seeds on Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Rice Seedlings Under Salt Stress

摘要 盐碱地水稻死苗是规模化种植的重大技术难题,研究盐胁迫下S-诱抗素(S-ABA)浸种对水稻幼苗生长的影响具有重要的生产实践意义。以较耐盐碱的常规水稻通海粳18-1和具超高产潜力的第3代杂交水稻叁优一号为供试材料,以0.03%S-ABA稀释1 000倍液对水稻种子进行浸种处理,以清水为对照,采用盆栽土培方式,在3叶1心期进行0、0.3%和0.6%NaCl胁迫处理。结果表明,NaCl胁迫下,S-ABA浸种处理能促进2个水稻品种种子萌发,增加叶绿素含量,提高光合能力,促进水稻幼苗生长;能增强超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)的活性,增加抗坏血酸(AsA)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量,降低丙二醛(MDA)含量和相对电导率,减轻膜脂过氧化损伤,提高耐盐碱能力。总体来说,本研究以S-诱抗素浸种在0.3%NaCl和0.6%NaCl浓度下水稻萌芽期和苗期均能有效缓解盐害,促进水稻幼苗生长,提高水稻生理特性。 Dead rice seedlings are a major technical problem for large-scale cultivation in saline-alkali land.It is of important practical significance to study the effects of S-abscisic acid(S-ABA)soaking of seeds on rice seedling growth under salt stress.The conventional rice Tonghaijing 18-1,which is relatively tolerant to salt and alkali,and the third-generation hybrid rice Sanyou 1,which has super high-yielding potential,were used as test materials.The rice seeds were soaked with 0.03%S-ABA dilution of 1000 times,and water was used as the control.The treatments with 0,0.3%and 0.6%NaCl stress were applied for the rice seedliings at the 3.1-leaf stage by potting soil culture.The results showed that seed soaking with S-ABA under NaCl stress could promote seed germination,increase chlorophyll content,improve photosynthetic capacity and promote the growth of rice seedlings of both rice varieties.It could enhance the activities of antioxidant enzymes such as superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),peroxidase(POD)and ascorbate peroxidase(APX),increase the contents of ascorbic acid(AsA)and glutathione(GSH),reduce the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)and relative conductivity,reduce the damage of membrane lipid peroxidation and improve the salt-alkali resistance.In general,in this study,the S-abscisic acid soaking of seeds could effectively alleviate salt damage,promote the growth of rice seedlings and improve the physiological characteristics of rice under the salt stress at 0.3%NaCl and 0.6%NaCl concentrations in the germinating and seedling stages of rice.
