Through analyzing the difficult problems in the process of X-ray detection of the girth weld of the welding butt of the small and medium diameter conduit of aluminum alloy or stainless steel commonly used in aerospace, the corresponding solutions and optimization schemes are formulated through the process test research, so as to improve the reliability and efficiency of detection, and provide certain reference guidance for the X-ray detection of the girth weld of the welding butt of the small and medium diameter conduit.
