中小直径导管X射线检测方法优化

摘要 通过对航天常用铝合金或不锈钢材料中小直径导管熔焊对接环焊缝X射线检测过程中的难点问题进行梳理和分析,通过工艺试验研究,制定相应解决和优化方案,提高检测可靠性和检测效率,为中小直径导管熔焊对接环焊缝X射线检测工作提供一定的借鉴指导。 Through analyzing the difficult problems in the process of X-ray detection of the girth weld of the welding butt of the small and medium diameter conduit of aluminum alloy or stainless steel commonly used in aerospace, the corresponding solutions and optimization schemes are formulated through the process test research, so as to improve the reliability and efficiency of detection, and provide certain reference guidance for the X-ray detection of the girth weld of the welding butt of the small and medium diameter conduit.
