2021年黄石市工作场所职业病危害因素监测分析 被引量:3

Analysis on monitoring results of occupational hazard factors in workplaces of Huangshi City in 2021

摘要 目的分析2021年黄石市工作场所职业病危害因素监测结果,为本地职业病防治提供理论依据。方法从《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》的子系统《工作场所职业病危害因素监测系统》中导出2021年黄石市工作场所职业病危害因素监测数据进行分析。结果2021年黄石市开展了150家企业工作场所职业病危害因素检测。150家企业共有劳动者42495人,接触职业病危害因素人数为19597人,职业病危害接触率为46.12%。不同地区职业病危害因素接触率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),下陆区职业病危害因素接触率最高;不同规模企业职业病危害因素接触率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),微型企业职业病危害因素接触率最高;不同行业职业病危害因素接触率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),制造业职业病危害因素接触率最高。不同种类职业病危害因素超标率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。粉尘场所检测295个点,超标率为18.31%;岗位检测290个点,超标率为18.97%。化学危害因素场所检测228个点,超标率为5.26%;岗位检测40个点,超标率为25.00%。噪声场所检测798个点,超标率为41.10%;岗位检测11个点,超标率为9.09%。结论黄石市职业病危害因素接触人数多,现场检测超标率高,应加强对相关企业的监管,督促企业落实职业病危害防护措施。 Objective By analyzing the monitoring results of occupational hazard factors in workplaces of Huangshi City in 2021,to provide the theoretical basis for local occupational disease prevention.Methods The monitoring data of occupational hazard factors in workplaces of Huangshi City in 2021 were extracted from the Monitoring system for occupational hazards in the workplace,which is the subsystem of China disease control and prevention information system,and the data were analyzed.Results In 2021,the detcetion of occupational hazard factors in workplaces were conducted in 150 enterprises in Huangshi City.There were 42495 workers in 150 enterprises,19597 people were exposed to occupational hazard factors,and the exposure rate was 46.12%.There was statistically significant difference in the exposure rate of occupational hazard factors among different areas(P<0.01),and the exposure rate in Xialu District was the highest.There was statistically significant difference in the exposure rate of occupational hazard factors among enterprises of different sizes(P<0.01),and the exposure rate in microenterprises was the highest.There was statistically significant difference in the exposure rate of occupational hazard factors among different industries(P<0.01),and the exposure rate in manufacturing industry was the highest.There was statistically significant difference in the exposure rate among different types of occupational hazard factors(P<0.01).The over standard rate was 18.31%among 295 detected points in dust places,while the over standard rate was 18.97%among 290 detected points of post.The over standard rate was 5.26%among 228 detected points for chemical hazard factors,while the over standard rate was 25.00%among 40 detected points of post.The over standard rate was 41.10%among 798 detected points in dust places,while the over standard rate was 9.09%among 11 detected points of post.Conclusion There are a large number of people exposed to occupational hazard factors in Huangshi City,and the over standard rate of on-site detection is high,therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the supervision of relevant enterprises and urge them to implement occupational hazard prevention measures.
