摘要
智能教育时代,规模化因材施教成为当下教育教学变革的重要课题,但其并非单一技术赋能之功效,而是教育思想、教育组织变革的逐步积淀与智能教育升级“迭代”之故。据此,本文秉受智能制造“生产岛”这一生产方式的启鉴,扬弃班级授课制的“线式”体系分布,构建出包括“定制化”方案、“柔性化”培养、“自适应”学习、“数字基座”等在内的“教育岛”模式分布及其运行框架。但鉴于规模化因材施教的复杂性,在探索各种实施路径进程中,尤需秉持颠覆性及其建设、未来性及其适应、自反性及其批判、本土性及其自觉等教育学立场。
In the era of intelligent education,the scale education in accordance with students'aptitude has become an important issue in the transformation of education and teaching,which is owing not only to the single effect of technological empowerment,but more to the gradual accumulation of educational ideologies and organizational changes and the“iteration”of intelligent education.Accordingly,inspired by the production method of“production islands”of intelligent manufacturing,we abandoned the“linear”system distribution of class-based teaching system and built the“Education Island”model and its operational framework which including“customized”program,“flexible”training,“adaptive”learning,and“digital base”,etc.However,in view of the complexity of the scale education in accordance with students'aptitude,in the process of exploring various implementation paths,it is necessary to uphold the pedagogical positions of subversion and construction,futurism and adaptation,self-reflexivity and critique,and localization and self-awareness.
