摘要
光动力疗法是一种基于光化学和光生物学反应的微创治疗手段,其基本原理是将光敏剂施用于病变部位,通过特定波长的激光激活光敏剂,在氧气的参与下生成以活性氧为主的细胞毒性物质,达到清除病变的目的。目前光动力疗法已应用于多种肿瘤的临床治疗。然而,肿瘤细胞对光动力疗法的抗性可能是限制其疗效的主要因素。本文就已知的引起肿瘤细胞抵抗光动力疗法的主要机制作一简要综述,以期为预防或去除治疗抵抗提供参考依据。
Photodynamic therapy(PDT)is a minimally invasive treatment based on photochemical and photobiological reaction.The basic principle of PDT is to eliminate lesions by applying photosensitizer to the lesion and activating the photosensitizer by laser of specific wavelength to produce cytotoxic substances(mainly reactive oxygen species)in the presence of oxygen.Currently,PDT has been applied to the clinical treatment of many tumors,however,the resistance of tumor cells to PDT may be the major factor limiting its therapeutic efficacy.This review summarized the main mechanisms known to cause tumor cell resistance to PDT,in order to provide reference for prevention or reversal of tumor PDT resistance.
