补中益气汤加减复方中药制剂对奶山羊乳品质及血清生化指标的影响

Effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction plus or minus compound Chinese medicine preparation on milk quality and serum biochemical indexes of dairy goat

试验旨在研究补中益气汤加减复方中药制剂对奶山羊乳品质及血清生化指标的影响。选取18只体细胞数相近(大于100万个/mL)的哺乳期圭山山羊,随机分为2组,每组3个重复,每个重复3只羊。对照组为精料补充料,试验组在精料补充料中添加3%的补中益气汤加减复方中药制剂。试验期8 d。结果显示,试验组山羊鲜乳体细胞数极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组的乳脂率极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);乳蛋白率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,圭山山羊日粮中添加3%补中益气汤复方加减中药制剂可有效改善乳品质,预防隐性乳房炎的发生。

The experiment was conducted to study the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction plus or minus compound Chinese medicine preparation on milk quality and serum biochemical indexes of dairy goat.Eighteen lactating Guishan goats with similar somatic cell numbers(more than one million/mL)were randomly divided into two groups,with three replicates in each group and three goats in each replicate.The control group was refined supplement,and the test group added 3%Buzhong Yiqi Decoction plus or minus compound Chinese medicine preparation to refined supplement.The test period was 8 d.The results showed that the number of fresh milk somatic cells in test group was extremely lower than that in control group(P<0.01).The milk fat rate of the test group was extremely higher than that of control group(P<0.01).The milk protein rate was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The study indicates that adding 3%Buzhong Yiqi Decoction compound Chinese medicine preparation to diet of Guishan goats can effectively improve the quality of goat milk and prevent the occurrence of latent mastitis of dairy goats.
