摘要
蒲公英是一种多年生草本植物,其提取物的主要活性成分有黄酮类、多糖类、三萜类、甾醇类和酚酸类等,具有抗菌、抗氧化、抗炎和增强免疫力等作用,可以提高畜禽的生长性能,改善畜产品品质,增强动物机体抗氧化能力和免疫力,进而提高畜禽抗病力以及抗应激能力,提高生产效益。目前蒲公英提取物因其提取方法、产地及提取物种类不同而影响其在畜禽生产中的应用,限制了其利用价值。文章主要综述了蒲公英提取物的生物学功能及其在畜禽生产中的应用效果,旨在为蒲公英在畜禽养殖生产中的开发与利用提供参考。
Dandelion is a perennial herb,the main active ingredients of its extract are flavonoids,polysaccharides,triterpenes,sterols and phenolic acids,etc.,with antibacterial,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory and immune enhancement effects,it can improve the growth performance of livestock and poultry,improve the quality of livestock products,enhance the body's antioxidant capacity and immunity,and thus improve the disease resistance and stress resistance of livestock and poultry,increase production efficiency.At present,the application of dandelion extract in livestock and poultry production is restricted due to the different extraction methods,places and kinds of extract.In the paper,the biological function of dandelion extract and its application in livestock and poultry production are reviewed,in order to provide reference for the development and utilization of dandelion in livestock and poultry production.
