农产品地理标志北京鸭养殖环节投入品管理重要性及技术规范研究

摘要 北京鸭是北京特有的地方品种,于2017年正式取得农产品地理标志登记证书,随后入选《中欧地理标志保护与合作协定》第二批互认清单产品。近年来,北京市畜牧总站作为农产品地理标志北京鸭证书持有人,在相关管理和技术研究方面深入开展工作。为全面贯彻落实党的二十大报告中对全面推进乡村振兴、加快建设农业强国作出的重大决策部署,推进农产品地理标志北京鸭高质量发展,助力首都乡村振兴,需要构建北京鸭全产业链标准化体系。养殖环节投入品管理是产业链标准化生产控制的关键环节之一,文章从农产品地理标志北京鸭养殖环节投入品管理重要性及技术规范研究两方面进行综述,为北京鸭的养殖提供一定的参考。 Peking duck is a local breed unique to Beijing,which has been officially obtained the registration certificate of agricultural product geographical indication in 2017,and Peking duck has been selected the second batch of mutual recognition orders of EU-China agreement on geographical indications.In recent years,Beijing General Station of Animal Husbandry has carried out in-depth work in management and technical research as the holder of Peking duck certificate of agricultural product geographical indication.In order to fully implement the major decisions and plans made in the Report of 20th National Congress of the CPC on comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and accelerating the building of an agricultural powerhouse,to promote the high-quality development of agricultural product geographical indication of Peking duck and help rural revitalization of Beijing,the construction of whole industrial chain standard system is urgent.The input management in Peking duck farms is one of the key links of standardized production control of industrial chain.The paper reviews the input management importance and the study on technical specification of agricultural product geographical indication of Peking duck,to provide reference for the breeding of Peking duck.
