基于标准化病人的分层教学法在骨科专业培训中的效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的本文旨在探索基于标准化病人(standardized patient,SP)的分层教学法在骨科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中提高临床教学效率和质量的有效性。方法选取中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院骨外科自2019年9月至2021年1月期间的125名住院医师,随机分为两组,观察组实行分层式教学模式,对照组遵循传统的教学模式,培训时间为5个月。分别比较两组学员5个月后的理论考核成绩,并就该教学模式是否能提升学习效率、学习能力和学习兴趣等方面进行调查。结果观察组的理论考核成绩(79.37±7.36)分高于对照组(70.86±7.74)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组住院医师高分段(≥80)人数占比高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.050);观察组对教学的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.050)。结论在骨科住培中实行基于SP的分层教学法能有效提高住院医师的知识掌握能力、临床思维分析能力,及问题解决、文献检索自学、团队协助和沟通表达等能力。 Objective This study aimed to explore the capability of improving clinical teaching effect and quality under the layered teaching mode with standardized patients discussions.Methods From September 2019 to January 2021,125 residents from the Department of Joint Surgery,Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University were included in the study and were divided into two groups randomly.The observation group followed the layered teaching mode while the control group followed the traditional teaching mode and the training period was 5 months.The theoretical assess results were compared after 5 months.Whether the layered teaching mode could improve learning efficiency,learning ability and learning interest was also investigated.Results The theoretical assess score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group[(79.37±7.36)vs(70.86±7.74),P<0.01].The proportion rate of high score segment(≥80)in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degrees of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is demonstrated that the layered teaching mode can improve the trainees'ability to master orthopedic knowledge effectively and enhance capabilities including clinical thinking,literature retrieval,self-study.cooperation,communication and expression.
