情景教学在超声医学科住院医师规范化培训中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨情景教学在超声医学科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的应用。方法选取2017年9月至2021年6月在黑龙江省医院超声医学科进行规范化培训的住院医师54人,排除不符合入选标准4人,入选50人。根据入科考试成绩随机分为两组,分别进行传统教学联合情景教学和传统教学。情景教学每周进行1次,共考核12次。以第12次理论考试、临床实践能力以及住院医师满意度的测评来评估一个季度内情景教学的应用。每位住院医师均由2名带教教师分别考核,取平均分为最终成绩。结果传统教学联合情景教学组住院医师病史采集沟通能力、回答患者咨询能力、人文关怀职业素养、整体过程组织能力、住院医师临床思维自评、住院医师沟通能力自评以及住院医师满意度均高于传统教学组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。传统教学联合情景教学组住院医师超声理论考核、临床实践技能、诊断报告书写成绩均高于传统教学组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论传统教学联合情景教学组住院医师综合能力达到了稳步的提升,其成绩及成绩上升的趋势明显高于传统教学组。情景教学在超声医学科住培中具有较高的应用价值。 Objective To discuss the application value of situational teaching in the standardized training of ultrasound residents.Methods 54 residents who underwent standardized training in the ultrasound department of our hospital from September 2017 to June 2021 were selected.4 of them who did not meet the selection criteria were excluded,and 50 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the entrance examination results,receiving the traditional teaching combined situational teaching and the traditional teaching for residency training,respectively.Situational teaching was conducted once a week,with a total of 12 assessments.The application value of situational teaching in a quarter was evaluated by the 12th theoretical examination,clinical practice ability and residents'satisfaction assessment.Each resident was assessed separately by 2 teachers,and the average score was the final score.Results In the group of traditional teaching combined with situational teaching,residents'medical history collection,communication skills,ability to answer patients'consultations,humanistic care professionalism,overall process organization ability,clinical thinking self-evaluation,communication skills self-evaluation,and satisfaction were all higher than those in the traditional teaching group,all P<0.05.The differences were statistically significant.In the group of traditional teaching combined with the situational teaching,the resident physicians'ultrasonic theory assessment,clinical practice skills,and diagnostic report writing scores were all higher than those in the traditional teaching group,all P<0.05.The differences were statistically significant.The comprehensive ability of residents in the group of traditional teaching combined situational teaching was steadily improved,and the trend of their performance and performance rising was significantly higher than that of the traditional teaching group.Conclusion The comprehensive ability of residents in the group of traditional teaching combined situational teaching has been steadily improved,and the trend of increases in their grades and performance is significantly higher than that of the traditional teaching group.Situational teaching has high application value in standardized training of ultrasound residents.
