临床病理科住院医师规范化培训中病理技术教学的探索

Exploration on teaching of pathological technology in standardized training for pathology residents

目的为了对现有教学体系进行优化改进,完善住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中病理技术教学体系,提升住院医师的临床病理科基础知识及指导医师的专业技能,促进病理技术学科在住培中的发展,同时也为住院医师今后临床工作奠定良好的基础。方法该文结合住培中病理技术相关培训内容的要求,通过制定相对完善的教学内容及教学方式对病理技术教学模式进行初步探索,并以问卷调查形式找出现有问题,从规范教学计划、强化师资队伍及个性化教学三方面进行优化。结果通过问卷调查统计显示,住院医师对病理技术教学体系总体评价较好[满意(5/20),非常满意(15/20)];在理论教学中反馈要注意各部分教学内容的衔接;在实训带教中反馈指导医师操作标准的统一性;对临床病理科新技术的介绍[满意(8/20),非常满意(12/20)]以及应用方面[满意(6/20),非常满意(14/20)]则反馈较好。结论临床病理科住院医师通过在病理技术室的集中学习和培训,对病理技术有更深入的了解,能够独立完成简单的技术工作。

Objective This study aimed to improve the teaching system of pathological technology in the standardized training of resident doctors,the basic pathological knowledge of students and the professional skills of teachers,and the development of pathological technology in the standardized training of resident doctors,as well as to lay a good foundation for the future clinical work of students.methods Based on the requirements of pathological technology-related training contents in the standardized training for resident doctors,this paper preliminarily explored the teaching mode of pathological technology,by making relatively perfect teaching contents and teaching methods.We found out the teaching problems through the questionnaire survey,and optimized the existing teaching system from three aspects:standardizing teaching plan,strengthening teaching staff and personalized teaching.Results The results of the questionnaire survey showed that the overall evaluation of the teaching system of pathological technology by resident physicians was good(satisfied with 5/20,very satisfied with 15/20).Some resident doctors gave feedback that we should pay attention to the connection of teaching contents in theoretical teaching,and teachers should pay attention to the unity of operating standards in practical training.The introduction of new pathology technology(satisfied 8/20,very satisfied 12/20)and application(satisfied 6/20,very satisfied 14/20)received good feedback.Conclusion Through intensive study and training in pathology laboratory,pathology residents may have a deeper understanding of pathology and can independently complete simple technical work.
