国内麻醉科专业住院医师规范化培训教育研究现状分析

Analysis on the status of standardized residency training of anesthesiology in China

目的分析我国麻醉科专业住院医师规范化培训(住培)教育研究现状,为麻醉科专业住培教学工作研究提供参考和依据。方法检索中国知网2012年至2021年发表的麻醉科专业住培教育相关文献,对发文数量、高发文量作者、作者单位及期刊等方面进行系统分析,运用VOSviewer软件进行作者合作网络和中文关键词共现聚类分析。结果本研究共纳入281篇相关文献,发表文献数量呈逐年递增趋势,研究重要集中在少数单位,其中发文量前五的单位占总发文量的1/3以上;通过对作者合作网络关系分析显示各研究单位之间缺乏合作;关键词共现聚类分析目前研究的热点为教学方法改革。结论国内麻醉科专业住培教育仍处于初级阶段,需要政策引导,进一步推动跨区域、跨机构的教育合作,加快教育研究成果的推广和应用,提高麻醉科专业住培的效果。

Objective To fully understand the current situation of the standardized residency training of anesthesiology in China,and provide evidence for the research of standardized residency training of anesthesiology.Methods The relevant literature of education in standardized residency training of anesthesiology,which were published from 2012 to 2021,were reviewed.The numhers of publications,the authors,units and journals were analyzed.To determine the current research highlights and authors'cooperative network,the co-occurrence analysis was conducted by using VOSviewer software.Results A total of 281 articles were published related to standardized residency training of anesthesiology.The number of publications was increasing year by year.The research institutes were concentrated in a small number of institutes,while the first five institutes accounted for more than a third of the total.By analyzing the relationship between the authors'cooperation network,the lack of cooperation between the research units was shown.Through the co-occurrence analysis of keywords,we found the research hotspot was the reform of the teaching method.Conclusion The education of standardized residency training of anesthesiology is still in the primary stage,which requires policy guidance to further promote cross-regional and cross-institutional educational cooperation,accelerate the promotion and application of educational research results,and improve the effect of standardized training for anesthesiology residents.
