4种双香豆素类化合物对赤子爱胜蚓的安全性评价

摘要 [目的]评价4种双香豆素类化合物(biscoumarin,BCM)对赤子爱胜蚓(Eisenia foetida)的安全性。[方法]采用人工土壤法分别测定4种双香豆素类化合物对赤子爱胜蚓的急性毒性与繁殖毒性。[结果]BCM4、BCM7、BCM8、BCM12对赤子爱胜蚓14 d的急性毒性LC_(50)分别为514.90、566.87、197.93、210.88 mg/kg干土,4种BCM对赤子爱胜蚓均属于低毒农药,对环境安全;BCM4、BCM7、BCM8、BCM12在4个亚致死浓度作用下对赤子爱胜蚓体质量、孵化幼蚓数、平均蚓茧孵化数和产茧数的抑制作用与CK组有着显著性差异(P<0.05)且小于对照药剂醚菌酯、多菌灵对赤子爱胜蚓繁殖的抑制作用。[结论]BCM4、7、8、12相比化学农药醚菌酯和多菌灵对赤子爱胜蚓更加安全,对赤子爱胜蚓为低毒。 [Aims]To evaluate the safety of 4 biscoumarin compounds(BCMs)on Eisenia foetida.[Methods]The acute toxicity and reproductive toxicity of 4 BCMs to E.foetida were determined by artificial soil method.[Results]The acute toxicity(14 d)LC_(50) of BCM4,BCM7,BCM8 and BCM12 to E.foetida were 514.90,566.87,197.93 and 210.88 mg/kg dry soil,respectively.The 4 BCMs were all low toxic to E.foetida and were safe to the environment.The inhibitory effects of BCM4,BCM7,BCM8 and BCM12 on the body weight,number of larvae,average of hatched cocoons and number of laid cocoons under 4 sublethal concentrations were significantly different from those in the CK group(P<0.05),and showed less inhibitory effect than kresoxim-methyl and carbendazimon the reproduction of E.foetida.[Conclusions]Compared with chemical pesticides kresoxim-methyl and carbendazim,BCM4,7,8 and 12 are safer and less toxic to E.foetida.
