摘要
介绍了中车资阳公司出口澳大利亚的SDA_(1)型机车在运用10年后,机车再次生产制造时,车体在轻量化方面的改进设计。通过使用更高性能的材料、结合仿真计算对车体结构进行优化,在保证车体静强度和疲劳强度的前提下,满足了车体减重的要求。
The paper introduces the lightweight improvement design of car body for the SDAI locomotive exported by CRRC Zlyang Company to Australia when it is manufactured again after 10 years of operation.The car body strueture is optimized by using higher performance materials and combining with simulation calculation,which meets the requirements of car body weight reduction on the premise of ensuring the static strength and fatigue strength of car body.
