摘要
功回收型脉管制冷机可将膨胀功回收或再利用以产生额外冷量,突破了传统脉管制冷机理论效率的限制,是低温制冷机领域的研究热点。概述了国内外功回收型脉管制冷机的研究进展,重点介绍了功回收结构的理论突破与技术创新,对不同类型的功回收型脉管制冷机的性能进行了比较,讨论了其未来的发展方向与应用前景。
Work recovery type pulse tube refrigerator can recover or reuse the expansion work to generate additional cooling capacity, which breaks through the theoretical efficiency limit of the traditional pulse tube refrigerator. It has become a research hotspot in the field of cryocooler. In this paper, the research progress of work recovery type pulse tube refrigerator was summarized, the theoretical breakthrough and technical innovation of work recovery structure were introduced, the performances of different types of work recovery type pulse tube refrigerators were compared, and its development direction and application prospect were looked forward.
