摘要
基于ANSYS有限元软件非线性技术对配水环管进口段与试验封头进行联合受力分析,与试验封头单独计算结果进行了对比,得出了符合实际的封头应力及变形值,并获得了法兰密封处变形量,为试验封头的结构优化与密封结构型式的确定提供了参考依据。
Based on ANSYS finite element software non-linear technology, the combined force analysis of straight pipe section and test stuffing head of water distribution ring pipe is carried out. The results are compared with the results of the test stuffing head alone. The actual stress and deformation values of the stuffing head are obtained, and the deformation of the flange seal is obtained, which provides a reference for the structural optimization of the test stuffing head and the determination of the seal type.
