苦楝皮化学成分、药理活性及临床应用的研究进展

Research progress on chemical constituents,pharmacological activities and clinical application of Melia Cortex

苦楝皮Melia Cortex是楝科楝属植物苦楝干燥的根皮或茎皮,药用历史悠久。苦楝皮主要含有三萜类、挥发油类、甾体类、有机酸类及黄酮类等成分,具有杀虫、抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗肉毒中毒等生物活性,临床上常用于驱虫和治疗皮肤疾病。现综述苦楝皮的化学成分、药理活性及临床应用的研究进展,为其研究和开发提供参考。

Meliae Cortex is from Melia plant of the Meliaceae family,whose dry root bark or stem bark is used as medicine.It mainly contains constituents,namely triterpenes,volatile oil,sterols,organic acids,and flavonoids,which have biological activities,such as insecticide,anti-cancer,anti-bacterium and anti-botulism.In clinical practice,it is often used in treatment of antiscolic diseases and skin diseases.This paper summarizes the chemical constituents,pharmacological activities and clinical application.
