摘要
研究了固溶处理后不同石墨烯纳米片(Gnps)含量的AZ91D镁基复合材料在模拟体液(SBF)中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,随着G_(nps)含量的增加,镁基复合材料的固溶组织晶粒细化程度先增大后减小,耐腐蚀性也随着晶粒细化程度增加而增大。电化学试验结果表明,当Gnps质量分数为0.6%时,耐腐蚀性能最好,腐蚀电流密度(Jcorr)降低至1.06×10^(-4)A/cm^(2)。研究表明,Gnps做为增强体对镁合金腐蚀性能的改善具有潜在价值。
The corrosion behavior of magnesium matrix composites with different contents of graphene nanosheets(G_(nps))after solid solution treatment was investigated in Simulated Body Fluid(SBF).The results indicate that with the increase of content of Gnps,the grain refining degree of the solid solution structure in magnesium matrix composites is firstly increased and then decreased,and the corrosion resistance is also increased.The electrochemical experiment results reveal that the corrosion resistance is optimal when Gnps content is O.6%,and the corrosion current density(J corr)is reduced to 1.06X10-4 A/cm?,implying the potential value of Gps as reinforcement for the corrosion properties of magnesium alloys.
