挤压铸造铝合金屏蔽罩支撑

Application of Aluminum Alloy Shield Support by Squeeze Casting

摘要 为了优化铝合金屏蔽罩支撑结构工艺性,提高零件连接可靠性,对屏蔽罩支撑结构进行挤压铸造和试制检验。结果表明,采用挤压铸造A356.2铝合金屏蔽罩支撑具有近净成形、外观光洁、内部组织致密、无气孔、缩松缺陷,且铸件力学性能优良。经T6处理后抗拉强度可以达到265.5 MPa,屈服强度达到223.1 MPa,伸长率达到11.1%,满足零件的使用需求。 In order to optimize the manufacturability of the aluminum alloy shield support structure and improve the connection reliability of parts,the squeezing casting process application development and trial production inspection of the shield support structure were carried out.The results show that the A356.2 aluminum alloy shield support can obtain nearly net size,smooth appearance,dense internal structure,and absence of porosity defects by the squeeze casting process.After T6 treatment,the tensile strength,the yield strength and elongation of the components can reach 265.5 MPa,223.1 MPa,and 11.1%,respectively,which can meet the needs of the use of the parts.
