摘要
消失模铸造QT500-7球铁轮毂因壁厚大,在铸造过程中易出现缩松、缩孔等缺陷。通过对铸件结构分析,在其易出现缩松、缩孔部位,通过调整进浇方式和浇注工艺优化,确保达到客户要求。同时,通过成分控制实现硬度、伸长率等性能的保证。
Due to the thickness of QT500-7 ductile iron hub by lost foam casting,casting defects including shrinkages and cavities are prone to occur during the casting process.Through the analysis of the product structure,targeted optimization was carried out at the positions prone to shrinkages and cavities to meet customer requirements.Meanwhile,hardness,elongation and other performance were guaranteed through composition control.
