创建高质量育人环境促进学生全面成长的实践探索

摘要 高质量的育人环境不仅要有高“颜值”的校园环境,同时还要具有高品位的校园文化、高品质的学习空间,在给学生带去美的享受的同时,更能潜移默化地促进学生的全面发展。中国农业科学院附属小学教育集团将文化建设、教育理念、优质资源等进行高度融合,为培养德智体美劳全面发展的新时代少年作出卓有成效的实践探索。 Running schools by educational groups is an important measure to promote the high-quality and balanced development of regional education.The Chinese Academy of Agriculture Sciences Elementary School is of high-quality with a high social reputation in Beijing.In 2015,in accordance with the need of Haidian District to promote balanced development of regional education,it has expanded from one school and established an education group with five locations.In order to give full play to the advantages of collectivization in running schools and promote the high-quality and balanced development of education,the group has gradually undergone three stages of integration,balance,and quality improvement,and finally achieved resource sharing,complementary advantages,and coordinated development across campuses.
