Running schools by educational groups is an important measure to promote the high-quality and balanced development of regional education.The Chinese Academy of Agriculture Sciences Elementary School is of high-quality with a high social reputation in Beijing.In 2015,in accordance with the need of Haidian District to promote balanced development of regional education,it has expanded from one school and established an education group with five locations.In order to give full play to the advantages of collectivization in running schools and promote the high-quality and balanced development of education,the group has gradually undergone three stages of integration,balance,and quality improvement,and finally achieved resource sharing,complementary advantages,and coordinated development across campuses.
