摘要
针对未来自然资源综合调查“做什么”“怎么做”“在哪做”的问题,该文通过调查、观测、监测、评价、预测、区划等措施,解析生—气—水—土—沙—岩等要素资源空间格局、结构功能、演变状态以及相互作用过程,实现区域—要素体系构建、指标的分级分类、多源数据重构以及数据—模型融合验证预测,为着力解决制约社会经济高质量发展的重大资源、环境、生态、灾害与疾病等问题提供强有力的数据支撑与服务。
To tackle the questions of“what to do”,“how to do”and“where to do”in the future comprehensive survey of natural resources,the spatial pattern,structure and function,evolution state,and interaction process of biology-atmosphere-water-soil-sand-rock resources were analyzed through investigation,observation,monitoring,evaluation,prediction,regionalization,and other measures.Regional-factor system construction,classification of indicators,multi-source data reconstruction,and data-pattern fusion verification and prediction were realized.It provided strong data support and services to solve the major resources,environment,ecology,disasters,and diseases that restrict high-quality social and economic development.
